Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to return your item after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already own and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
